These are the flavorizer bars that go under the cooking grates on your Weber Spirit 300, along with the Weber 900 and Genesis Silver/Gold/Platinum series. Flavorizer bars sit between the burners and the food, catching drippings and turning them into smoke while shielding the burner tubes from grease and flame flare-ups. Over time they rust and warp from heat and moisture, which is when your grill starts flaring up or cooking unevenly - this set of 5 gets you back to even heat and better flavor.
