Common Questions Before you apply.

Is there a minimum spend to qualify?
No. We accept applications from any business or organization, regardless of spend volume. A property manager buying for one building gets the same account access as a facility team buying for 50 locations.
How long does approval take?
Most accounts are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Net 30 terms require a brief credit check, which can add 2–3 days. We'll let you know what's needed within 24 hours of receiving your application.
Do I need to pay anything to apply?
No. Pro accounts are free to apply for and free to maintain. You only pay for what you order, on your account terms.
Can I still place orders without Net 30 approval?
Yes. If you're not approved for Net 30 (or you don't apply for it), you can still order on a pro account using a card on file. You'll get account rep access, volume pricing, and tax-exempt setup — just not credit terms.
What about government agencies and military buyers?
We work with federal, state, local, and military buyers regularly. We keep Section 889 / NDAA compliance attestation, W-9, COI, and vendor registration docs on file. Indicate "Government / Military" on the application and we'll route you to the right onboarding flow.
What if I need a product you don't have listed?
We can usually source it. Our distribution network carries 100,000+ products beyond what's listed on the site. Send your product spec, brand preference, or competitor part number to your account rep and we'll source it and quote it — usually within one business day.
