Large & bulky items
A handful of items — ladders, extension poles, bulk bags, large planters and décor, vent pipe, and the like — take a full box even when they’re light, so they cost more to ship than a small parcel. That’s true anywhere you buy them; we just tell you up front. These are flagged as oversize on the product page and aren’t eligible for free shipping.
