If you're buying for a job site, a facility, a fleet, or a department — give us a parts list and we'll price it. Volume pricing, freight handling, Net 30 terms, and a real person on the other end of the email.
Most online retailers either don't quote, or they make you submit a form and disappear for a week. Neither works when you've got a crew showing up Monday and you need parts confirmed by Friday afternoon.
Send us your list — in any format. Spreadsheet, PDF, photo of a handwritten list on a job site, link to your blueprint, screenshots from your facilities software. We'll price it, confirm availability, lock in freight, and get it back to you the same day.
If you're set up with Net 30, we'll quote against your account. If you're new and need to set up an account first, we'll do both at once.

Volume pricing on what qualifies, freight quoted with the order (not added later as a surprise), delivery date confirmed, terms set. If anything on the list is brand-restricted to authorized dealers, we'll flag it and tell you where to source it instead.
Quotes are typically good for 7 days. If you want to lock it longer (procurement cycle, project budget approval, etc.), say so — we'll work with you. Once approved, we'll convert the quote to an order against your account or against a credit card you provide.
Order ships from the catalog distribution network — same as our online orders, just scaled for your volume. Tracking info to you immediately. Invoices on your terms. W-9 and COI available on request. Tax-exempt sales handled correctly. Government and municipal procurement workflow supported.
Some bulk orders are better as a local pickup than a freight order. If your timing is tight or the items are brand-restricted (Stihl, Milwaukee, Big Green Egg, Yeti), we can connect you to a partner store that has volume terms and the inventory to back them.
When to talk to us vs. just place an online order: if you can hit the order on the website with our standard volume thresholds, just do it — faster for you. Talk to us when you need terms, when freight is complex, when you need a quote document for procurement, when you're buying across multiple POs, or when the brand restrictions mean we need to route part of the order to a partner store.
We support local hardware stores — we don't replace them.

Why it's worth the trip →Most hardware stores can do more than you think. If we can't help you, the folks down the street probably can — just ask at the counter.
The stores we send you to are local and independently run — often for generations, the kind of place where someone behind the counter knows the regulars. We don't own them. We just think they deserve the foot traffic. They can put most of what we sell on their next truck. Ask there before you check out here.
