About Product Overview

This Granite Ware covered roaster is sized for the big jobs - a 25 lb capacity that handles a full holiday turkey or a large roast with room to spare. The porcelain enamel construction resists sticking on the inside, so browned drippings and roasted vegetables release cleanly instead of fusing to the pan.

It comes as a two-piece set, roaster and cover, and both go straight into the dishwasher once dinner's done - no scrubbing required. Keep in mind the handles aren't heat resistant, so plan on oven mitts or a towel when moving it from the oven to the counter. At roughly 21 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 8.5 inches tall, it's built for cooks who take on big meals a few times a year and want a roaster that can keep up without extra fuss.
