About Product Overview

Two cooking surfaces in one slab of cast iron. The Lodge Reversible Griddle gives you a flat side for pancakes, eggs, and grilled cheese, and a ridged side for burgers, steaks, and bacon that benefits from fat drainage and sear marks. Made in the USA from solid cast iron, it holds heat evenly across the whole surface, so you're not fighting hot spots when cooking for a crowd.

At 16.75 inches long, it's sized to span two stovetop burners, making it a practical option for breakfast spreads or weekend grilling on the range. It also works over a campfire or on an outdoor grill grate for cast iron that goes wherever you cook.

Like all raw cast iron, it needs seasoning and hand care to build the surface that makes it nonstick over time and resistant to rust.
