About Product Overview

The Lodge Combo Cooker pairs a deep skillet with a shallow skillet that doubles as a lid, giving you two cast iron pans in one 3.2-quart set. Use them together for braising, roasting, or baking cornbread with even heat on the stovetop or in the oven, then split them apart to use each piece as its own skillet on the grill or over a campfire. Cast iron of this kind holds heat well and gets better with use, making it a solid choice for cooks who want fewer pans doing more jobs. Lodge builds these from cast iron in the USA under its Logic line, with no coating to wear off over time. Hand wash and season as you would any cast iron piece — there's no nonstick interior and the handles aren't heat resistant, so a good pot holder is a must.
