Made In Cookware built this griddle from a single slab of carbon steel, giving you a flat-top cooking surface that runs the full 24 inches - room enough for pancakes, bacon, seared vegetables, or a batch of smash burgers without crowding the pan.
Carbon steel heats fast and holds it well, which is why cooks reach for it over nonstick when they want a hard sear or a proper crust. This one comes in black, with heat resistant handles on the ends so you can move it from stovetop to oven or table without reaching for a towel every time. There's no nonstick coating here - it's bare carbon steel, meant to season and improve with use, and it should be hand washed rather than run through the dishwasher. Made in Sweden and shipped boxed as a single griddle.
