This G40 globe bulb from Globe Electric is built for decorative fixtures where the bulb itself is part of the look - string lights, vanity strips, and exposed-bulb sconces. The 3-watt LED puts out 155 lumens of soft white light and is fully dimmable, so it works with fixtures on a dimmer switch without flickering or buzzing. It's rated for 15,000 hours of use, which cuts down on how often you're swapping bulbs in hard-to-reach fixtures. Standard E26 medium base fits most common sockets, and the glass finish gives it the classic look decorative fixtures call for.
