About Product Overview

A continuous hinge like this one runs the full length of the door or lid instead of relying on two or three separate hinges, so weight and stress get spread evenly across the whole 48" span. That makes it a solid choice for toy boxes, cabinet doors, chests, and other builds where a standard hinge would eventually work loose or sag on one end.

Built from steel with a nickel finish, this National Hardware piano hinge comes with 18 mounting holes and the screws needed to install it, so you're not hunting down extra hardware. The fixed pin design keeps it stable with no spring-back action.
