About Product Overview

This Reliance tankless water heater skips the storage tank entirely, heating water on demand at up to 180,000 BTUs so you get continuous hot water without waiting for a tank to recover. It runs on natural gas or propane and adjusts output from 100°F to 140°F, giving you control over temperature for different fixtures or seasons.

Built for residential use, it's CSA listed and Energy Star certified, with a low NOx burner for cleaner combustion. The 3/4-inch water connections and 1/2-inch gas connection line up with common residential plumbing, and the bottom connection layout simplifies installation in tight mechanical spaces. A temperature and pressure relief valve is included for safety, and the unit is rated to operate at elevations up to 10,100 feet, so it holds up in mountain properties as well as sea-level homes.
