About Product Overview

Apollo's PEX-A pipe gives you 100 feet of flexible, freeze-resistant tubing in a single coil, cutting down on couplings and connection points for whole-house repipes, radiant heat runs, or long supply lines. PEX-A's molecular structure lets it expand and contract with temperature swings and even bounce back from a hard freeze without splitting, which makes it a solid choice for both hot and cold water applications. The 1-inch inside diameter handles higher-volume runs like mains and manifolds, and it's compatible with push-to-connect fittings for faster installs without soldering or special crimp tools. Rated for pressures up to 160 psi and temperatures up to 200°F, and NSF listed for potable water use, this pipe meets the standards plumbers rely on for both new construction and repair work. Made in the USA.

Go ahead. Check.

You're going to open the other tab. Everybody does. We'd rather say so than pretend otherwise — so open it. We'll wait.

When you're over there, check four things before you click buy.

01

Who's actually selling it

The brand name is on the listing. A different company is in the seller field. Those aren't the same thing, and the second one is who you're buying from.

02

Whether the warranty survives

Most manufacturers only honor a warranty when the unit came through an authorized dealer. We're authorized for Apollo. A third-party marketplace seller usually isn't.

03

Where the box came from

Gray-market stock, returns repackaged as new, and outright fakes move through marketplaces constantly. It all looks identical in the photo. It stops looking identical when it fails.

04

Who you call when it breaks

Ours is a phone number with a person behind it who has held this product. M–F, 6 AM – 5 PM Pacific. (866) 469-8556

We're not always the cheapest.

Sometimes you'll find it for less. Sometimes you'll find it for more. On a lot of brands the number is identical everywhere it's sold legitimately — the manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price and every authorized dealer holds it. When a price sits well under that, it's worth asking why before it's worth celebrating.

Every order helps keep your local hardware store on the corner.

Why we built NHG
You might find it for less locally. Independent retailers often offer competitive pricing — some products are even cheaper in-store than online.
Real expert advice — not search results. Independent hardware staff know their inventory and the local conditions you're working in.
Keep the neighborhood working. Every dollar spent at an independent retailer returns roughly 3x more to your local economy than at a national chain.
