About Product Overview

Malco's hand seamer is built for the sheet metal work that hand tools still do best: forming seams, folding edges, and crimping duct and flashing where a power tool would be overkill or just won't fit. The forged carbon steel blades are heat-treated for an edge that holds up to repeated bends in steel, and the steel handles give you the leverage to get clean, tight folds without fighting the material.

At 3-1/4 inches, the S2R strikes a middle ground for jaw width - wide enough to move through a seam efficiently, narrow enough to work into tighter spots than a full-size seamer allows. Non-slip grips keep it steady in the hand through long runs of duct work or repeated crimps, and the red steel body is easy to spot in a tool bag or on a bench.
