About Product Overview

This is Southwire's 2 AWG THHN building wire in a 500' length, built for circuits that need a heavier copper conductor without stepping up to cable. The stranded copper conductor carries a 115-amp rating at 600 volts, with a 90°C temperature rating that gives it plenty of headroom in demanding installations. PVC insulation under a nylon jacket resists flame and holds up in wet locations, making it a solid choice for conduit runs in panels, subpanels, or feeder applications where code calls for a larger gauge.
