This 1" pressure regulating valve from Cash Acme steps down incoming water pressure to a safe, adjustable level, protecting pipes, fixtures, and appliances from the wear and tear that comes with high-pressure supply lines. The bronze body is built to hold up to municipal or well water pressure over the long haul, and the lead-free construction means it's suitable for potable water applications.
Because the outlet pressure is adjustable, installers can dial it in to match the needs of a specific home or building rather than being locked into a fixed setting. Rated for pressures up to 400 PSI and temperatures up to 180°F, it has the headroom to handle demanding residential and light commercial water systems. It arrives boxed and ready for installation on a 1" line.
