About Product Overview

The Ariens Edge 52" is built for the 1-2 acre yard where a homeowner-grade mower starts to run out of steam. A 52" steel deck with three blades covers ground fast, and the Kawasaki 726cc engine putting out 21.5 horsepower gives it the muscle to hold speed through thick grass instead of bogging down. Zero turning radius means you can spin around trees, beds, and fence lines without a three-point turn or a scalped patch of lawn.

Hydrostatic transmission delivers smooth, pedal-controlled speed changes up to 6 mph forward, and this mower can mow in reverse too, so backing up to clean up a missed strip doesn't cost you extra passes. Cutting height adjusts from 1.5" to 4.5" to match the season, and you get your choice of side discharge, bagging, or mulching depending on how you want clippings handled. Rear-wheel drive with 20" rear wheels and 11" fronts keeps it stable on turns.
