About Product Overview

This 10" half round wood rasp from Crescent's Nicholson line handles the shaping and smoothing jobs a standard file can't reach. The half-round profile lets you work both flat surfaces and curved or concave areas with the same tool, and the bastard cut removes material fast without tearing up the wood. Built from high carbon steel, it holds an edge through repeated use on wood and soft metals, whether you're fitting a door, shaping a handle, or cleaning up a rough edge.
