This FEIT cylinder bulb is built to replace 1000-watt HID or metal halide lamps in the fixtures that light up warehouses, gyms, workshops, and garages. It draws just 175 watts but puts out 20,000 lumens of natural 5000K daylight, so you get the coverage of a high-intensity discharge fixture without the energy bill or the heat.
The E26 medium base means it drops into standard high-output sockets, and with a rated life of 25,000 hours you're not swapping bulbs on a ladder every few months. It's rated for indoor and outdoor use, making it a fit for loading docks, covered parking, and large open commercial spaces as much as indoor high-bay fixtures. Not dimmable, so it's built for straightforward on/off commercial lighting rather than mood settings.
