About Product Overview

Flotec built this deep well submersible pump for households that pull water from a drilled well rather than a shallow point source. At 1/2 horsepower, it's sized for smaller households or supplemental use, moving up to 1020 GPH and capable of pushing water up to 150 feet of head - enough for many residential well depths. The stainless steel housing resists the corrosion that builds up from constant submersion, and the pump is self-priming so it gets water moving without manual coaxing at startup.

It runs on 230 volts with a 2-wire configuration and no separate control box needed, since it's a switchless design - simpler wiring, fewer parts to fail down the line. There's no tank included, so plan on pairing it with your own pressure tank setup. Built and assembled in the USA, and backed by CSA and UL compliance for safety standards inspectors look for.
