About Product Overview

The Flotec FP4542 is a convertible jet pump, meaning it can be set up to pull water from a shallow well or, with a deep well jet assembly, from a well up to 80 feet. That flexibility makes it a solid choice if you're not sure which configuration your well needs, or if you're replacing a pump on a property where the well depth varies from the last owner's setup.

Its cast iron housing stands up to the daily grind of well work, and Flotec builds in corrosion resistance to handle the wet environment around a pump. The pressure switch turns the pump on and off automatically based on system demand, and dual voltage wiring (115/230V) lets you match it to your electrical setup. Note this is a non-self-priming pump and doesn't include a tank, so plan your install accordingly.
