The Presto FryDaddy is a compact, no-frills deep fryer built for small-batch frying—fish fillets, chicken pieces, French fries, or onion rings sized for a couple of servings at a time. Its 1200-watt heating element brings oil up to frying temperature quickly, and the fully immersed heating element helps maintain consistent heat as food goes in and out of the pot, so you get a more even fry without babysitting a stovetop pan of hot oil.
At under 9 inches in each dimension and just over 3.5 pounds, it's easy to store in a cabinet and pull out whenever a fry craving hits. The simple, non-programmable design means no digital menus or settings to fuss with—plug it in, let it heat, and fry. UL listing gives some added peace of mind for an appliance that deals with hot oil.
