About Product Overview

A full-length threaded rod for jobs that call for custom bolt lengths or through-anchoring. This SteelWorks rod is cut from low carbon steel with a coarse thread and Class 2A thread fit, so standard nuts run on smooth without hunting for the right tap. At 1" diameter and 36" long, it's sized for heavier-duty work like building U-bolts and clamps rather than light fastening tasks. Not rated for welding, so plan on mechanical fastening only.
