About Product Overview

A 42cc 2-cycle gas engine and 16-inch bar put real cutting power behind this Troy-Bilt chainsaw, with enough capacity to handle branches and logs up to 14 inches in diameter. That makes it a solid pick for seasonal yard cleanup, clearing storm damage, or cutting firewood without stepping up to a bigger, heavier machine.

Troy-Bilt built in the safety and comfort features that matter on a saw you'll run for stretches at a time: an antivibration handle to cut down on fatigue, a chain brake to help stop the chain quickly, and a pull start to get it going. The chain tension adjusts manually, so you can dial it in as you work. It's CARB compliant and CSA listed, and backed by a 2-year warranty.
