About Product Overview

The Weber Slate 4B is a 4-burner propane griddle built around a 756 sq. in. hot rolled steel cooking surface — enough room to run eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and a side of vegetables at the same time without playing musical chairs with your food. Four independently controlled burners put out a combined 48,000 BTUs, so you can zone the surface for different heat levels: high for a hard sear, low to keep something warm off to the side.

The rust-resistant slate finish and porcelain housing are built to handle life outside, and continuous spark ignition means reliable lighting every time you cook. A digital thermometer takes the guesswork out of dialing in surface temperature, and the front/side shelf gives you a landing spot for plates, tools, and prepped ingredients. Four wheels make it easy to reposition on the patio or roll into storage.
