About Product Overview

This is Southwire's 12/2 UF-B underground feeder cable, built for jobs where the wire has to go straight into the ground without conduit. Rated for direct burial and wet locations, it's the go-to choice for outdoor lighting circuits, well pumps, detached garages, sheds, and other outdoor power runs. The solid copper conductors carry a 20-amp rating at 600 volts, with PVC insulation and a nylon jacket standing up to sunlight, moisture, and the abuse of being buried. This 250-foot spool of gray cable is UL listed and rated to 90°C, so electricians and DIYers alike can count on it holding up outdoors for the long haul.
