About Product Overview

This Amerimax Z bar directs water away from siding at window and door headers, roofline transitions, and anywhere two building surfaces meet and need a break for water diversion. Made from galvanized steel, it resists rust and holds its shape through seasonal weather, giving your trim and siding a longer service life. The Z shape channels runoff outward instead of letting it wick behind the building material, which is the main job of any diffusion flashing. At 10 feet long, one piece covers a good run before you need to overlap another.
