About Product Overview

The Blackstone Original 28" griddle is the size that convinced a lot of backyard cooks to give up their kettle grill for good. With 524 square inches of cold rolled steel cooking surface split across two main burners, you've got enough room to run pancakes on one side and bacon and eggs on the other without anything touching - or scale up to smash burgers for a full table of people at once.

Electric ignition means no lighter, no fumbling with a match near an open flame - just push a button and go. The steel housing is built to live outside through cooking season after cooking season, and the front/side shelf gives you a place to set plates, spatulas, and prepped ingredients instead of balancing them on the propane tank.
