About Product Overview

Estwing built this 16 oz curved claw hammer from a single piece of solid steel, so the head and handle are one continuous forging instead of separate parts joined together. That one-piece construction is what Estwing is known for, and it means no loose heads or weak points at the joint, even after years of daily use. The smooth face is suited for general nailing and finish work, while the curved claw gives you leverage for pulling nails. A non-slip grip covers the handle for better control on the swing, and at just over 13 inches overall it's sized for everyday carpentry, framing touch-ups, and shop work. Made in the USA.
