Insl-X Prime All is a water-based acrylic latex primer built to block stains and give topcoats a clean, even surface to grip. It works indoors or out on multiple surfaces, so it's a solid choice whether you're prepping a bedroom wall or a shed exterior. Low VOC and low odor make it easier to work with in occupied spaces, and it's tintable if you want to get closer to your finish color before the topcoat goes on.
