About Product Overview

Lodge built this 7.5-quart Dutch oven from solid cast iron, the kind of cookware that goes from stovetop to oven to table and just keeps working. The heavy walls hold and spread heat evenly, so it's a natural fit for pot roasts, braises, stews, chili, or a loaf of no-knead bread with the lid on. At 7.5 quarts, it's sized for family dinners or cooking ahead for the week.

The set includes the pot and a matching lid, finished in red enamel that wipes clean and goes straight in the dishwasher when you're done. One thing to know: the handles aren't heat-resistant, so keep a pair of oven mitts handy when you're pulling this off the burner or out of the oven.
