About Product Overview

The Myers HJ75S handles water delivery for shallow wells up to 25 feet deep, using a 3/4 HP motor to push water through the house at pressures strong enough for everyday household use. Its cast iron housing stands up to the wear and corrosion that eventually kill lesser pumps, and the self-priming design means you're not stuck manually priming it every time it loses suction after a power outage or dry spell.

A built-in pressure switch cycles the pump on and off automatically to maintain steady water pressure without a separate control. With a 1-inch discharge and the ability to push water up to 150 feet of head, it's sized for typical residential shallow well setups, cabins, and outbuildings that need reliable water without well-and-tank complexity. Runs on 115 or 230 volts, so it fits most existing wiring.
