About Product Overview

When the power drops, this transfer switch kit from Reliance Controls gives you a safe, code-compliant way to run a portable generator into your home's electrical system. The Pro/Tran 2 series 306CRK handles up to six circuits, letting you keep the essentials running - refrigerator, sump pump, furnace blower, a few lights - without the guesswork or hazard of backfeeding your panel.

It's built for 120/240V service at 30 amps, with both single-pole and double-pole circuit protection, and the breakers you need come included in the box, so there's no separate parts list to track down. Surface mounting keeps installation straightforward, and the enclosure is rated for indoor or outdoor use, giving you flexibility on where it goes near your main panel.
