About Product Overview

The WAYNE SPF50 is a 1/2 HP submersible sump pump built to keep basements and crawl spaces dry, moving up to 4,300 gallons per hour at its peak. That output drops to 3,360 GPH at 10 feet of head and 1,260 GPH at 20 feet, so you get a real picture of what it can do once water has to travel up and out through your discharge line.

A vertical float switch handles the on/off cycling automatically, turning on at 9 inches and shutting off at 4 inches, so it's ready to respond the moment water rises without you having to check on it. The thermoplastic housing resists the rust and corrosion that kill lesser pumps sitting in a damp sump pit, and top suction intake keeps debris from clogging the works. With a 1-1/2 inch outlet, 120V operation, and UL compliance, it's a straightforward fit for standard sump pit setups. Assembled in the USA.
