A compressor puts out one pressure, but tools rarely agree on what they want to run at. This Forney air line regulator sits inline between the compressor and the tool, letting you dial the output down to match whatever you're using - a blow gun, a sander, a spray gun, or a set of pneumatic hand tools that can't handle full line pressure.
It threads in with a 3/8" FNPT female connection, so it fits standard shop air line setups without extra adapters. Built from plastic and rated to handle up to 250 PSI on the inlet side, it's sized for typical garage and small-shop compressor systems rather than industrial air lines. One regulator per package, and it's light enough to mount without straining fittings or hose connections.
