About Product Overview

GRK's Shim Screws are built for the job where you're driving through shims, jambs, and framing to get a door or window set plumb and tight without splitting anything. The self-drilling tip starts the hole and pulls through shim stock cleanly, while the fine thread pattern gives you strong, controlled engagement into the framing behind it. A flat head sits flush for a finished look, and the star drive resists cam-out so you're not stripping heads halfway through a jamb.
