Lodge's 10" cast iron skillet is a straightforward workhorse for the stovetop, oven, or campfire. Cast iron holds heat evenly and gets better with use, making it a solid pick for searing, frying, or baking cornbread. Made in the USA, it's built for years of use with proper care - just remember to hand wash and dry it, since it's not dishwasher safe, and use a mitt since the handle isn't heat resistant.
