About Product Overview

Commercial buildings put doors through thousands of open-and-close cycles a year, and the TELL Closer Door SZ4 COM DURO is built for that kind of duty. This is a Grade 1 door closer, the top ANSI rating for commercial hardware, and it's sized for heavier doors that need real control on the swing back. The hydraulic mechanism gives you smooth, consistent closing rather than a hard slam or a door that drifts open, and the closing speed is adjustable so you can dial it in for the specific door and traffic pattern.
