About Product Overview

SKIL built this 7-1/4" circular saw around a 13-amp, 2.3HP brushed motor that spins the blade up to 5300 RPM, giving it the muscle to rip through framing lumber, plywood, and dimensional stock without bogging down. It's a corded saw, so you get consistent power on long cuts instead of watching a battery gauge on a deck or framing job.

The saw bevels to 51 degrees for angled cuts and adjusts for depth, cutting up to 2-7/16" at 90 degrees and 1-15/16" at 45 degrees, which covers most standard lumber and sheet goods. A keyless blade change and spindle lock make swapping blades quick without extra tools, and the right-side blade location gives right-handed users a clear view of the cut line. At 6.95 lbs it's manageable for repeated cuts, and it's UL listed for safety.
