About Product Overview

SKIL built this reciprocating saw around a brushless motor, which means more torque and longer runtime from the same battery charge compared to a brushed design. It's part of the PWRCore 20V lineup, and this kit comes ready to work with a 2.0Ah battery and charger included.

The 1-inch stroke length paired with 3,200 strokes per minute makes quick work of demo tasks, pruning, and rough cuts, whether you're cutting through wood, PVC, or metal with the right blade. An adjustable shoe lets you control depth and get closer to your cutting line, while the keyless blade change means you can swap blades on the fly without extra tools. An electric brake stops the blade fast once you release the trigger, adding a layer of control that matters when you're working in tight spots.
