About Product Overview

Cast iron holds heat evenly and gets hot enough to put real sear marks on steak, chicken, or vegetables, and this Lodge grill pan is built to do exactly that on a stovetop or over a campfire. The ridged surface lets fat drain away from food while it cooks, and like all bare cast iron, it develops a better nonstick surface the more you season and use it. Made in the USA and heavy enough to hold its heat through a full meal.
