About Product Overview

This oval carving board from Architec's Gripperwood line is built around one job: catching juices while you carve. The concave rubberwood surface creates a shallow well that keeps drippings from roasts, turkeys, and briskets contained on the board instead of running onto your counter or cutting board edges.

At 18 by 14 inches with a solid 1-inch-thick rubberwood construction, it has enough surface area and heft to handle a full holiday bird or a rack of ribs without sliding around mid-carve. The natural beige finish is left unstained, so it's ready to use straight out of the box and won't clash with any kitchen counter or serving setup. It's also dishwasher safe, which is unusual for a wood board and makes cleanup after a big carving job a lot less fussy.

Good fit for anyone who roasts whole meats regularly and wants a dedicated carving surface separate from everyday prep boards.
