The Yale Assure Touchscreen Lever swaps out the usual keypad for a full touchscreen, letting you lock and unlock with a code instead of fumbling for keys at the door. It's built as a lever handle rather than a knob, so it's easier to operate one-handed when your arms are full of groceries or gear.
Yale rates this one Grade 2 under ANSI/BHMA A156.36, putting it a step above basic residential hardware and suited for either home or light commercial use. It installs as a single cylinder lock and works on doors that swing either direction, so it's not picky about which side of the house or which room you're securing. A physical key is included as backup, and the matte black metal finish keeps it low-profile against most door hardware.
