This Tell door closer is built for doors that get used all day, every day. It's rated Grade 1, which means it's made for commercial-duty applications, not just a lightweight residential fix. The hydraulic mechanism lets you dial in the closing speed, so the door shuts firmly without slamming, and the aluminum/steel construction with a matte black finish holds up to daily wear while blending into most storefronts or building entries.
