About Product Overview

Graniteware's 7.5 quart blancher is built for boiling, blanching, and steaming in one pot, with a ceramic-over-steel construction that stands up to regular kitchen use. The nonstick interior means less scrubbing after cooking down vegetables or canning produce, and the 3-piece set gives you the pot plus what you need to blanch and drain without extra tools.
