About Product Overview

This Hillman 3/16 x 5 toggle bolt is built for hanging weight on hollow walls where a standard screw won't hold. The spring-loaded steel wings open up behind drywall or plaster, spreading the load across the back of the wall instead of relying on the surface material alone.
