These 3/16 x 3-inch toggle bolts from Hillman spread their wings behind drywall or plaster to hold weight that a standard screw can't handle alone. The spring-loaded toggle wings open up once through the wall, gripping the backside so your load pulls against the wall itself instead of just the surface. Good for hanging shelving, mirrors, or fixtures on hollow walls ranging from 3/8 to 2-1/4 inch thick.
