About Product Overview

USG Sheetrock First Coat is a latex primer built for prepping interior surfaces before paint goes on. It's tintable, so it can be adjusted toward your finish color for better coverage, and it lays down a flat finish that grips well on new drywall, concrete, plaster, and previously painted walls. One coat is generally enough before recoating, and cleanup is just soap and water.
