About Product Overview

This 4-inch black malleable iron 45 degree elbow gives you a gradual direction change in gas or water piping runs where a sharp 90 isn't practical. Both ends are FIP threaded to match standard black iron pipe, and the malleable iron construction holds up to real system pressure without cracking like cast iron can. Rated for use at temperatures and pressures common in residential and light commercial gas lines, it's a standard part every plumber or DIYer doing black iron work should keep on hand.
