This Werner 4' fiberglass step ladder is built for jobs where you can't risk a metal ladder near power lines or electrical panels. The fiberglass rails won't conduct electricity, and the Type I ANSI rating means it holds up to 250 lbs, enough for most pros carrying tools up with them. With a 4-foot height and 8-foot reach, it's sized right for painting trim, cleaning gutters, changing light fixtures, or any task that needs a stable platform above eye level.
The aluminum steps have a nonslip tread for grip in wet or dusty conditions, and the ladder is weather resistant enough to leave outdoors during a job. It folds flat for storage or transport and meets both ANSI and OSHA standards, so it's a safe choice for jobsite use as well as around the house.
