About Product Overview

Thatch buildup chokes out grass by blocking water, air, and nutrients from reaching the roots, and this Agri-Fab tow-behind dethatcher is built to pull that layer out without you pushing a machine across the whole yard. Hook it to your riding mower or garden tractor and its 40-inch working width with 20 steel tines rakes through the lawn in fewer passes than a walk-behind unit. The wheeled design lets you lift the tines for transport and lower them for work, so you're not dragging tines across driveways or sidewalks between sections. At 33 pounds it's light enough to maneuver around trees and beds but sturdy enough for regular seasonal use. Good fit for homeowners with larger lots who dethatch in spring or fall to keep grass healthy going into summer heat or winter dormancy. Made in the USA, and assembly is required out of the box.
